Hopefully my review helps others avoid the same problems I had.
I placed an order for a black bolster, size 28x12x8, exactly as how it is described on the website and in my order confirmation. It’s hard to find a size that big, they sounded like a great, heavy bolster, and I needed a large size for a retreat coming up.
Received an email that that color was out of stock. There are 8 colors available on the website, but I was given choice to choose from 3 other colors or I could cancel. I picked another color. Whatever. That’s fine.
The bolster that arrived was a totally different size than the one I ordered, different measurements were even printed on the tag. The bolster is not at all heavy. When using it, the ends squish down significantly. It’s like laying on a misshapen pancake.
The worst part though was the customer service. Their responses were short, one sentence, and actually confusing. Even with pictures of my products with its tag measurements I was only told “please note: the warehouse sent you the correct size.”
That was literally the only sentence I got in my last correspondence. Then crickets. No mention at any point of their 14 day satisfaction policy I now see in their website. No offer of any kind of resolution, even when I asked specifically what the options are when the company sends the wrong product. I even asked twice. No consideration of the actual PICTURE I sent of the tag showing that it isn’t actually the correct bolster. Just denial. Then crickets.
I needed a larger order of bolsters for a retreat. So glad I ordered one first to find out what the experience would be like. Never again from here. Too bad, Sol sad.
